Beltone Asset Management and Telda Join Forces to Democratise Digital Investing in Egypt

Beltone Asset Management has entered into a strategic partnership with Telda to make investment products more accessible to retail users through digital channels, expanding participation in Egypt’s growing investment landscape.
The collaboration will allow Telda users to access a range of mutual funds managed by Beltone directly through the Telda app, eliminating many of the traditional barriers associated with investing. The initiative is designed to provide a more convenient experience for individuals seeking to grow their wealth through professionally managed financial products.
Through the integration, users will be able to subscribe to eligible investment funds digitally and receive redeemed funds directly through their Telda cards. The offering also includes commission-free access to selected investment products, excluding precious metals-related funds, making it easier for first-time and digitally native investors to enter the market.
The partnership combines Beltone’s experience in asset management with Telda’s technology-driven platform to create a simplified investment journey. Customers can open investment accounts using only their national identification documents, removing the need for paperwork, branch visits, or lengthy onboarding processes.
Users will gain access to a variety of investment options tailored to different financial objectives and risk preferences. These include income-generating funds, liquidity-focused products, Shariah-compliant equity offerings, gold-backed investment options, and specialised sector-based funds, providing investors with greater choice and flexibility.
According to Khalil El Bawab, the partnership reflects Beltone’s ambition to broaden access to trusted investment solutions and adapt to changing consumer expectations in an increasingly digital financial environment.
Ahmed Sabbah noted that integrating investment capabilities into the platform represents an important step toward delivering a more comprehensive financial experience. He said the goal is to help users manage daily financial activities and investment decisions through a single, easy-to-use ecosystem.
The initiative aligns with Beltone Asset Management’s broader growth strategy to expand the reach of its investment products by leveraging the rapid adoption of digital financial services in Egypt. As more consumers embrace mobile-first financial solutions, partnerships such as this are expected to play a significant role in advancing financial inclusion and encouraging wider participation in capital markets.
