Built for use across multiple devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and computers, the system is intended to make health-related information easier to access regardless of location or device type. Officials noted that this approach supports broader efforts to modernise public service delivery through digital tools.
A key feature of the platform is its location-based service functionality, which allows users to identify nearby hospitals, administrative offices, and pharmaceutical facilities. This is expected to improve access to essential healthcare services by helping citizens better navigate available public health infrastructure.
The Ministry of Health and Social Development explained that the initiative is part of a wider digital transformation strategy focused on improving transparency, strengthening institutional communication, and expanding the visibility of national health programmes.
