Digital technology founder and product leader Chinenye Peace Amaechi has been named Innovator of the Year at the Africa Tech Festival Awards 2025, a continental awards programme recognising outstanding technology innovation and leaders shaping Africa’s digital future.
Amaechi received the recognition for her work as founder of A2Z EduTracker (A2Z Digital Tracker) and MyCareerMate, two product-led platforms focused on solving practical challenges in education progress tracking and career technology for the modern workforce.
Speaking on the recognition, Amaechi said:

Through MyCareerMate, she is building tools to help jobseekers and professionals navigate modern hiring systems with smarter career planning and guidance.
