Digital technology founder and product leader Chinenye Peace Amaechi has been named Innovator of the Year at the Africa Tech Festival Awards 2025, a continental awards programme recognising outstanding technology innovation and leaders shaping Africa’s digital future.
Amaechi received the recognition for her work as founder of A2Z EduTracker (A2Z Digital Tracker) and MyCareerMate, two product-led platforms focused on solving practical challenges in education progress tracking and career technology for the modern workforce.
Speaking on the recognition, Amaechi said:
“This award is deeply meaningful because it validates the impact of building technology that solves real problems. I’m grateful to Africa Tech Festival and the judging panel for recognising my work, and I remain committed to creating digital products that improve outcomes and expand access to opportunity.”

Amaechi’s work spans product strategy, user-centred design, and data-driven innovation. Through A2Z EduTracker, she has championed improved visibility and accountability in how schools track learner progress. Through MyCareerMate, she is building tools to help jobseekers and professionals navigate modern hiring systems with smarter career planning and guidance.
