Otech Partner with Remedy to Unveil AI-Driven RISE Platform for Oman’s Enterprise Sector

Otech has partnered with Remedy, a subsidiary of Omantel Innovation Lab, to launch RISE Talent, an AI-powered enterprise platform designed to support strategic planning, enterprise performance management and human capital management.
The collaboration is aimed at helping organisations use artificial intelligence to strengthen planning and performance management while improving how they manage and develop their workforce.
Otech said the partnership reinforces its commitment to adopting emerging technologies, supporting local innovation and helping Omani startups transform innovative ideas into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
Through its collaboration with Remedy, Otech is also contributing to efforts to strengthen Oman’s digital innovation ecosystem by supporting the development and adoption of locally driven technology solutions.
The initiative aligns with the broader objectives of Oman Vision 2040, which places digital transformation, innovation and the development of a knowledge-based economy at the centre of the country’s long-term development agenda.
