Rwanda’s Ministry of ICT and Innovation has announced a strategic engagement with global technology leader Cisco to explore collaboration opportunities in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital sovereignty. The discussions took place during high level meetings at the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos, Switzerland, marking a significant step forward in Rwanda’s digital transformation journey.
