Top 10 West Africa Digital Tech Game Changers Honored at Ultimate Awards 2025

 

Ten groundbreaking innovators from across West Africa were inducted into The Founder’s List of West Africa Digital Technology Game Changers at the prestigious The Ultimate Awards, held in Osogbo, Nigeria.

The event, orchestrated by Naija Spirit Multimedia and its Project Director, Dr. Seun Olatunji, celebrated pioneers who are deploying digital-first solutions to tackle the region’s most pressing challenges and secure the continent’s digital future.

The Top 10 honorees, selected for their profound impact within the ECOWAS Community, represent critical sectors, with a special focus on capacity building, each having mentored a benchmark of over 1,700 individuals.

Key Honorees Recognized for Sector-Specific Innovation:
• Chidozie Felicitas Chiamaka (HealthTech Entrepreneur of the Year): Crowned for transforming healthcare access in Africa via HealthSyn Nigeria, which connects patients to quality medical care.

• Ayoola Adetutu Oniyinde (PropTech Innovator of the Year): Honored for combating land fraud and revolutionizing property verification with Cadastra360.

• Tope Omikunle (Digital Smart Transport Solutions of the Year): Lauded for advancing digital infrastructure that streamlines logistics, payments, and mobility systems for the agri-tech and transportation sectors.

• Ifeoluwa Opeyemi Oladejo (Digital Solutions Founder of the Year): Recognized for building transformative platforms like HTreasure Technology and VaultSoft Nigeria that empower businesses with scalable tools.

• Afeez Akinfola Oyinloye: Honored for his expert role in mobility tech and SaaS innovation through WakaForMe Ride and MacTech Global Venture Ltd.

• Chinenye Peace Amaechi: Received the Digital Empowerment Innovator of the Year Award for championing digital inclusion and tech-based education.

The list also celebrated influential figures cultivating continental capacity, including Regina Honu (Founder, Soronko Academy, Ghana), Eyitayo Ogunmola (Founder, Utiva), Abasiama Idaresit (Founder, Wild Fusion Holdings), and Foster Awintiti Akugri (Founder, Hacklab Foundation, Ghana).
