Five African Innovators Honoured in France by IESEG School of Management for Bridging Digital Gaps Across Key Industries

In a landmark recognition of African innovation and technology driven impact, five young entrepreneurs from the continent have been celebrated by the prestigious IESEG School of Management in France for their exceptional contributions to digital transformation across key industries.
The honorees namely are: Chidozie Felicitas Chiamaka, Ayoola Adetutu Oniyinde, Seun Paul Olatunji, Ifeoluwa Opeyemi Oladejo, and Malik Olasunkanmi Ajao; were named among the Top 5 African Digital Technology Entrepreneurs during the Digital Technology Winter Program, held from January 14th to January 25th, 2024, at the institution’s campus in Lille.
The intensive program, organized by IESEG School of Management, focuses on equipping promising African entrepreneurs with advanced knowledge in digital innovation, data-driven solutions, and entrepreneurship, while fostering collaboration to address the continent’s technological challenges.
Speaking at the award presentation, Farah Hefied, Head of Programs at IESEG, praised the honorees for developing scalable digital solutions that are reshaping Africa’s technology ecosystem.
“These young innovators are redefining the digital landscape across Africa through platforms that enhance transparency, improve governance, strengthen healthcare, and promote inclusive education,” Hefied said.
Each awardee is leading transformative ventures that have significantly impacted their respective industries and communities, mentoring and teaching over 1,200 individuals each in their fields, thereby nurturing the next generation of digital leaders across Africa.
1. Chidozie Felicitas Chiamaka, CEO of CredVerify App and HealthSyn Nigeria, is making strides in Health and Education Technology. Her CredVerify platform enables secure credential and certificate verification that combats academic and employment fraud, while HealthSyn Nigeria connects patients and medical professionals through telehealth, enhancing healthcare accessibility.
2.Ayoola Adetutu Oniyinde, Co-founder of Cadastra360 and MediTrust e-Clinic, is driving innovation in LandTech and Health Innovation. Through Cadastra360, she has digitalized land and property registry systems, curbing fraud and simplifying documentation, while MediTrust e-Clinic brings medical consultation and follow-up care to remote communities via telemedicine.
3.Seun Paul Olatunji, Founder of WeVoteYou and EFIKO NG, stands out in Governance and Digital Education. His WeVoteYou platform promotes transparency and accountability in civic engagement through secure digital voting systems, while EFIKO NG is an online learning platform that equips young Africans with access to diverse educational resources, certification programs, and professional skill development opportunities.
4.Ifeoluwa Opeyemi Oladejo, Founder of HTreasure Technology and VaultSoft Nigeria, is a leading voice in Enterprise and Real Estate Technology. His HTreasure Technology delivers powerful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that help businesses automate operations, while VaultSoft Nigeria offers secure digital verification tools that protect property buyers and investors in the real estate market.
5.Malik Olasunkanmi Ajao, an emerging innovator in PropertyTech and SaaS, is using technology to simplify land administration and deliver enterprise level software tools that improve efficiency in property documentation and management across Nigeria.
The recognition by IESEG School of Management, accredited by EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA reinforces Africa’s growing role in global innovation and digital transformation. It highlights how young African entrepreneurs are leveraging technology to create solutions that foster accountability, promote learning, and drive economic growth.
As Africa’s tech ecosystem continues to evolve, these five innovators represent the continent’s potential to lead the next wave of digital advancement through creativity, resilience, and a shared vision for a smarter, more inclusive future.
